1. About Shimanoma Photo 

Shimanoma Photo offers private photo sessions for travelers visiting Miyako Island, Japna.
We specialize in natural, emotional photography set in the island"s beautiful landscapes, including beaches, sunsets, and starry skies.

2. Booking & Payment

・Reservations must be made in advance via booking form, email or messaging apps.
・Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
・We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

3. Cancellation Policy

・Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
・Cancellations whithin 24 hours r no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
・In case of bad weather, we will try reschedule or offer a full refund if reschedling is not possible, a refund will be offered.
・Please note:
  If a refund is issued, payment processing fees (e.g. credit card or PayPal transaction fees) will be deducted from the refund amonut.

4. Session Details

・Each session includes photography by a professional local photographer.
・The location, time, and style of the shoot will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
・We may suggest the best location and time based on weather and light conditions.

5. Photo Delivery

・Photo data will be delivered via online link (Google Drive or similar).
・Delivery timing:
   ・Same-day for standard sessions (whne possible)
   ・Within 1-3 days depending on the plan
   ・We keep photo data for 3 months. After that, files may be deleted.

6. Photo Usage & Privacy

   ・We respect your privacy.
   ・Photos will only be used for promotional purposes (Website, Instagram, Flyers, etc.) with your permission.
   ・You can agree or decline photo usage when booking.

7. Additional Services

   ・Optional services such as fresh flower mini bouquets, drone shots, and transportation are available for select plans.
   ・Please request add-ons at the time of booking.

8. Liability

   ・While we take all necessary precautions, Shimanoma Photo is not responsible for :
       ・Personal Injury, loss, or damage during the session
       ・Delays caused by weather, traffic, or natural conditions
       ・Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
